Unlike pneumatic rubber tires that tend to slip on rocky ground and have poor self-cleaning, our compliant rubber tire provides cushioning over ridges and other field obstacles to prevent gearbox overloading, and it won’t slip on rocks or other hard objects.

When compared to standard pivot wheels, the airless variant stands out in terms of reliability and resilience. The elimination of the air-filled chamber mitigates the risk of blowouts, minimizes rutting through its lower ground bearing pressure design, ensuring a safer and more secure experience.

Quality Wheels

We supply a range of wheel sizes, commencing with the standard 24-inch wheel (W10x24), featuring bolted-on rubber sections, specifically designed for optimal performance in low-growing crops.

The standard option is the W10x38 wheel, incorporating showcased rubber segments, which serves as a noteworthy replacement for the conventional 13.6x24 pneumatic tire and wheel.

The pinnacle of our engineering is the revolutionary 43-inch wheel, boasting an impressive 48-inch outer diameter. This cutting-edge design supersedes both the 13.6x24 and 14.9x24 pneumatic tire and wheel configurations, offering an enhanced footprint area.

The flatter running surface, coupled with diminished ground bearing pressure, results in a substantial 30 to 50 percent reduction in rutting and mitigates soil compaction. This represents the epitome of our product line, featuring a modular design that accommodates the potential for future construction of even taller units. Through the addition of supplementary rubber sections and the incorporation of double-width steel wheels, customization options abound. Moreover, the field-replaceable rubber sections ensure streamlined maintenance, allowing for prompt replacement in the event of damage or the need for replacement at a later juncture.
